MCF具有丝绸织物的飘逸悬垂、滑爽、柔软，同时又兼具涤纶面料的挺括、耐磨、易洗、免烫。涤纶加捻丝除了具有一般涤纶断裂强度和弹性模量高、热定型性优异、回弹性能好、耐热性、耐光性、耐腐蚀性强、易洗快干等特定外，还具有蓬松性高、隔热性好、手感舒适、光泽柔和等特点。
