Zhejiang MIZUDA Textile Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhejiang MIZUDA Printing & Dyeing Group Co., Ltd.) was established in July 1998 with a registered capital of 116.668 million yuan. The leading products are corduroy, twill, linen and its multi-fiber dyeing & printing fabric, and functional garment fabric. MIZUDA has more than 3000 different kinds of products, varieties and independent designs. With the annual production capacity of about 160 million meters, most of MIZUDA products are sold to brand companies at home and abroad. With 30 years’ development, MIZUDA is highly recognized by the society and has been awarded the honors of Excellent Enterprise of Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in China's Textile Industry, National Green Factory, National Green Supply Chain Demonstration Enterprise, Demonstration Enterprise in Water-saving of Zhejiang Province, Digital Workshop of Zhejiang Province, Little Giant Enterprise in Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province and other awards successively.

2023 Events

 

PART.01

In January 2023, the China Textile Conference was held in Beijing, announcing the Decision on Praising the Pioneering Organizations and Contributors to the Action of Climate Innovation in China's Textile and Garment Industry. MIZUDA won the honor as a pioneering company in 2022, and the general manager Long Fangsheng was awarded the pioneering contributor of 2022 China’s Climate Innovation Action in Textile and Garment industry.

PART.02

On January 9,2023, the Decision on the Green Forest Culture Action for MIZUDA Textile Printing & Dyeing Company was officially issued. Aiming at establishing a mutual enterprise culture, MIZUDA encouraged every staff to share the advise and suggestions for company cultural development in the first Cultural Forest activity.

On February 9,2023, two green-designed products of Zhejiang MIZUDA Textile Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. were on the list of 2022 Annual Green Manufacturing, which are eco-friendly cotton nylon 2/2 double faced twill fabric and recycled polyester plain fabric.

 

 

PART.04

On May 30,2023, 2023 International Advanced Functional Fiber Fashion Sustainable Summit Forum was held in Shengze. MIZUDA won the award of 2022 CNTAC Products Development Contribution.

On August 1, 2023, MIZUDA was awarded as the Huzhou City contributor of Solid Work in the first half year of 2023.

 

PART.06

On August 27, 2023, Long Fangsheng, general manager was honored with the title of 2022  Annual Innovative Character in China Textile Industry in the meeting of CNTAC General Council.

 

 

PART.07

In September 2023, our excellent workers were awarded in the Work Promotion Conference on Deepening the Reform of Organization Establishment for Local Industrial Workers in New Era and the activity of 2023 Local Craftsmen Day. The R&D manager Cao Lixia was titled as the Local Women Pacesetter, and the deputy manager Ren Bin was honored as the Local Craftsmen in 2023. The Local Labor Medal was award to our production manager, Luo Yong.

On October 26, 2023, MIZUDA successfully joined the CIRCULOSE® Supply Chain Alliance.

 

 

PART.09

On November 3, 2023, according to the relevant regulation of the documents from Department of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province, MIZUDA was identified as the "Little Giant Enterprise of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province in 2023".

 

PART.10

On November 20, 2023, the first Women's Federation Congress of MIZUDA was successfully held. Awarded by Shi Jiaorong, member and vice chairman of the Wuxing District Women's Federation, the Women's Federation of MIZUDA was officially established.

Uphold the principle of customer first and provide high quality service

MIZUDA closely follows the national and industry policy, actively complies with the new trend of garment consumption, firmly establishes a customer-oriented service concept. Based on customer demand, MIZUDA strengthens its internal capability, and takes an active part in building a comprehensive service ecosystem with MIZUDA characteristic by innovating products and upgrading services. The growth of MIZUDA is obvious to its customers, for not only meeting the customers’ requirement, but also creating demands for customers.

In 2023, MIZUDA constantly increased R&D investment to keep up with the trend of industry development and market demand. With the aim of providing a relatively clear direction for products design and R&D, and improving the final effect,more than 40 R&D projects were worked out, and the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements reached over 90%. The transformation value of industrial design achievements was significantly improved. By innovating enterprise development mode, MIZUDA provided high-quality and high-efficiency service as well as customization service. In 2023, the overall customer satisfaction rate reached 95.5%. Customers took a high value on product quality, enterprise strength and after-sales guarantee of MIZUDAand recognized the independent R&D ability, the professionalism and service quality of its salesmen.

Take the responsibility of supervision and build regulations for stable development

For eight consecutive years, MIZUDA has made an initiative public of PRTR and carbon data on the IPE website (Public Environmental Research Center), to meet the requirements of customers and help the industrial chain to reduce emissions and resource consumption. Following the guidance of national two-carbon strategy, MIZUDA increases the proportion of green energy consumption every year. In 2023, the green electricity consumption accounted for 30%, rising 15% over levels of a year ago. And the proportion of green energy consumption will continuously rise by company plan, to reach 50% by 2024, and to achieve 100% by 2030.

In 2023, MIZUDA had qualification certifications on different kinds of international standardization and international platform qualifications, to take the environmental protection responsibility and increase market competitiveness. The international standardization certifications include: ISO9001 quality management system certificate, ISO14001 environmental management system certificate, ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certificate, intellectual property management system certificate, etc. International platform qualification certifications include: HIGG FEM certificate, HIGG FSLM certificate, SMETA certificate OEKO-TEX ® STeP certificate, OEKO-TEX ® STANDARD 100 certificate, GOTS series certificate, whitelist qualification certificate, etc

MIZUDA adheres to the integrity business, resolutely resists commercial bribery and corruption, and continuously strengthens MIZUDA systematic anti-corruption establishment by education in advance, system construction in the process, and inspection in the end. In addition, various channels such as mailbox, telephone, suggestion box are opened to ensure smooth channels for employees’ complaints and reports. MIZUDA encourages employees to report illegal behaviors, and protects the rights and interests of employees’ complaints. In 2023, the anti-corruption and anti-commercial bribery were implemented by signing the Responsibility Letter for Clean Work Construction, organizing employees’ professional ethics training, and implementing education on anti-corruption establishment.

Take good care of employees and create a better workplace

MIZUDA adheres to the employment principles of fair, justice and open, and strictly prohibits discrimination against employees due to ethnic group, race, gender, religious belief and other factors in recruitment, promotion, salary, welfare, training and others. With standardized procedures, MIZUDA strictly controls the entry approval and identity verification procedures to prevent any employment of child labor and forced labor. The labor contracts signed by MIZUDA and employees have relevant provisions on legal employment. Any illegal employment will be properly dealt according to relevant labor laws and regulations.

To take good care for employees, MIZUDA takes efforts on fully implementing the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certificate, focusing on employee health monitoring, and arranging before-work, in-work and after-work occupational health physical examination every year. In addition to social insurance, housing accumulation fund and other legal security benefits, MIZUDA also provides a more comprehensive internal welfare security system for employees, including annual leave, holiday welfare, high temperature subsidy, annual physical examination, meal allowance, birthday welfare and other welfare projects.

In 2023, MIZUDA continued to implement the annual training program, enhanced the construction and training of talents, and built a professional management and service team. A total of 3,650 employees were trained with professional skills last year, with the purpose to creating more opportunities for employees to promote self-growth, with a further purpose of  company sustainable development. MIZUDA is a platform for employees to start their own business, display their talents and realize their dreams.

Practice environmental protection responsibility to guard lucid waters and lush mountains

 

In November 2018, MIZUDA was successfully awarded as National Green Factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In September 2019, MIZUDA was successfully awarded as the National Green Supply Chain Demonstration Enterprise.

In September 2019, MIZUDA was successfully awarded as the National Green Supply Chain Demonstration Enterprise.

In December 2020, MIZUDA joined the LCA Full Life Cycle Evaluation Working Group of China’s Textile and Garment Industry.

In October 2021, MIZUDA Joined the 30.60 Carbon Neutrality Acceleration Program of China’s Textile and Garment Industry.

In December 2022, MIZUDA was awarded as Water-saving Demonstration Enterprise of Zhejiang Province.

In December 2022, MIZUDA was awarded as Pioneering Enterprise for Climate Innovation Action of China's Textile and Garment Industry.

In February 2023, two green-designed products were on the list of National Green Manufacturing, which were eco-friendly cotton nylon 2/2 double faced twill fabric and velvety recycled polyester plain fabric.

 

01  Green-designed products

For green design, material is primary. MIZUDA uses eco-friendly fibers and makes multiple combination of them under the direction of high quality, fashion, and health. The main green products are: natural fabric, recycled fabric, bio-based recycled cellulose fabric, bio-based synthetic fiber fabric, biodegradable chemical fiber fabric, and so on. In 2023, the number of organic fabric with certificates (GOTS, OCS) increased by 8% year-on-year; and the number of recycled fabric with certificates (GRS, RCS) increased by 10% year-on-year.

 

02  Green development on science and technology

Reducing costs while increasing benefits, and promoting the digitally-enabled transformation is a new task for MIZUDA. On the basis of energy-saving technology reform and new energy development, MIZUDA cooperated with Baidu AI Cloud, aiming at achieving full energy efficiency on factory’s equipment and facilities, and production management projects which have been in normal application, such as energy management system. By this system, the management of energy can be subdivided to 3 levels, the factory, work area, and work team. The energy consumption to each work order can be managed and controlled in real-time. Last year, MIZUDA successfully saved steam about 0.15kg / meter.

At the same time, MIZUD encourages every staff to join the efforts on emission and waste reduction by several measures like green office and environmental protection procurement.

Undertake the obligations for the public to promote harmony and prosperity for the whole society

 

As a demonstration enterprise in textile and garment industry, MIZUDA fulfills its mission by promoting industrial exchanges and cooperation, participating in social public welfare undertakings such as charity and donation, caring and supporting education and culture, and devoting to becoming an excellent corporate citizen.
