源头管控

（1）公司建立绿色采购机制和完善的供应商认证体系，给消费者提供化学残留物处于极低的水平或零残留的“信心纺织品”。

（2）公司不断致力化学品管理创新建设，2016年，公司荣获“ZDHC先锋试点工厂” 。2017年，作为“纺织供应链绿色制造产业创新联盟”发起成员单位，与中纺联、ZDHC基金会共同开展“供应链化学品管理创新2020行动纲要”行动。

Source Control

(1) By establishing a green procurement mechanism and a complete supplier certification system, the Company has ability to provide consumers with "credible textiles" with little or no chemical residues.

(2) The Company has been committed to making innovations in chemical management and was named as a "ZDHC Pioneer Pilot Factory" in 2016. In 2017, as an initiating member unit of the "Textile Sustainable Manufacturing Coalition", the Company promoted the specific implementation of the "2020 Action Outline for Innovations in Supply Chain Chemical Management" together with the China Textile Federation and the ZDHC Foundation.

末端治理

（1）2015年开始，公司投入3500万元对现有污水处理设施、装备进行升级改造，实现污水全回收和盐回收循环利用。

（2）公司践行绿色低碳发展，持续开展碳足迹管理工作和清洁生产提升工作，积极参与中国应对气候变化行动，2019年加入中国绿色碳汇基金会成员，同时成为“时尚气候创新专项基金”的创始捐赠成员。

Endpoint Management

(1) In order to realize full effluent recovery and salt recovery and recycling, since 2015, the Company started to upgrade its effluent treatment facilities and equipment with an investment of RMB 35 million.

(2)Following green and low-carbon development principles, the Company has made consistent efforts in carbon footprint management and clean production improvement, and actively participated in China ’s response to climate change. In 2019, the Company became a member of the China Green Carbon Foundation and a founding member/sponsor of the "Fashion Industry Climate Innovation Special Fund".

信息披露

（1）公司建有绿色信息披露平台，披露节能减排减碳信息。公司每年度在全国污染源监测信息管理与共享平台对外披露碳排放信息，近三年单位产品排放量呈逐年下降趋势。同时公司年度发表社会责任报告，披露污水治理、低碳减排、环境保护及可持续发展的相关内容。

（2）2016年初，公司成立了社会责任工作办公室，主要负责社会责任建设、验厂等方面的跨部门牵头、协调、监督、指导等有关工作，创新发展了美欣达社会责任工作的新局面，赢得了员工、客户、供应商等各利益相关方的高度认可和赞扬。

Information Disclosure

(1) The Company discloses information related to energy conservation, emission reduction and carbon reduction on its own green information disclosure platform. It also discloses carbon emission information on the National Pollution Sources Monitoring Information Management and Sharing Platform on a yearly basis, which shows that its unit product emission has been declining year by year in the past three years. At the same time, the Company publishes a social responsibility report every year which contains information related to sewage treatment, low-carbon emission reduction, environmental protection and sustainable development.

(2) At the beginning of 2016, the Company established a Social Responsibility Office, which will act as the lead department to coordinate, supervise and guide the works of various departments on social responsibility construction and factory inspection etc. The establishment of this department has created a new situation for the Company's social responsibility works, which has won the Company high recognition and praise from employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
